What we collect
When you fill out our lead form we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email, suburb, trade, and your answers to our short quiz. We use this to check if your area is available and to contact you about TheTradieBox.
How we use it
We use your details to assess your eligibility, contact you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry, and — if you become a customer — to build and run your growth system. We never sell your data to third parties.
Meta Pixel & Conversions API
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. When you visit our site or submit a form, these tools may collect your browser cookie IDs, IP address, and device information so we can attribute and optimise our ads. Meta may also use this data subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we keep your enquiry details for up to 12 months so we can follow up, then delete them. If you do become a customer, we keep your data for the life of your account plus 12 months after you leave.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email us and we'll sort it within 30 days.
